Sex & Nudity

- A man has pierced nipples and fondles them constantly.
- A woman gives birth. No nudity from the woman, but you do see the baby's buttocks briefly. The scene is slightly disturbing.
- Discussion about women being used as breeders and forced wives. There is also discussion of women being used for producing milk.
- Towards the end of the movie a male character is laying on his back nude in a cave, a tree is growing out of his private area.
- Two male characters names are Rectus and Scrotus.
Violence & Gore

- Strong grotesque injury detail and occasional scenes of bloody post-apocalyptic action violence throughout.
- A man is shown to be bleeding extensively from many jagged wounds on his neck. Gurgling noises are heard and then blood spills onto the floor from his mouth and neck when he is hung upside down.
- A man has his nipples ripped off. Blood squirts out.
- This is the most violent entry of the franchise to date.
- Lots of violence throughout. People are killed mostly by gunshot, but some have more violent deaths such as burning to death, being run over by cars, dragged to death by cars, etc. With blood often splattering on environments and spraying out of wounds.
- A man is tortured to death by being dragged behind a motorcycle until he dies. He is sadistically taunted by being told to stand up and then being dragged back down. Dogs are let loose who bite and ravage him as he is dragged faster and faster eventually killing him off camera but the scene is very long and disturbing to watch.
- A man is tortured by being repeatedly beaten in the head. He begins having a seizure as blood pours down his head before he is eventually shot and executed. We see multiple possibilities at how he was killed including him being roasted above a fire, dragged behind a motorcycle etc.
- A man has his four limbs and head all chained to separate motorcycles which are then driven to dismember him. This is mostly off screen but a motorcycle carrying one of his arms is seen.
- There is a disturbing scene where a tree is seen grown into a man laying on the ground suffering. He is implied to be there for years decaying.

- A character is named "Scrotus." Similar to the word "scrotum."
- The word "tits" is used.

- At some fortresses, there are hanging corpses that can be seen for a second.
- A woman that uses maggots to treat dying people and their wounds is shown. The woman herself is designed to be scary looking, but the wounds and dying people are shown quite explicitly. The entire sequence is pretty disturbing.
- A man has a seizure after being tortured.
- Like the other Mad Max movies, the film is full of eccentric characters that have fairly disturbing designs. This can include real life physical deformities, or costumes that feature grotesque designs, such as people who wear the scalp of another person, or someone that is completely covered in tattoos.
- This movie is much more disturbing than any other Mad Max film. Some of the violence is sadistic and prolonged.

- A woman gives birth to a mutant child with four legs. No nudity from the woman, but you do see the child's buttocks. It's not explicit. But it is disturbing. The entire scene is very brief.
Violence & Gore
- A woman's arm is crushed by a car and left with a severe wound. She is dangled by her wounded arm to torture her, but soon her severed arm is then found dangling from a hook, and she is seen escaping with a bleeding stump. Flesh and injury detail are seen on the severed arm, but the severing is off-screen.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man is shown having a tree grown through his body. Fairly disturbing.
