Drops 2 stars every season
The first season or so was great. However, after running out of the source material, things have progressively gone from great to mediocre.
By season 5, it's basically little more than Elizabeth Moss's love letter to her character.
Lip service is paid to the other characters as "June" flip flops between half-hearted attempts at loving humanitarian and unhinged bad ass. Most of the time she acts like she believes she's the Instagram version of Sarah Connor.
By series 5 she has become so annoying that you start forgetting just how insane the religious nut jobs are - which is quite something.
Most of the other characters have less impact on the story than Indiana Jones in "Raiders of the Lost Ark".
Moss's husband (who we took to calling "Discount Craig David") gets a special mention for being both pointless and highly irritating.
Best advice is to watch the first season and call it a day.
